I have had extremely painful headaches in the back of my head in the front of my my head along with very abnormal vision problems I asked for a CT scan and MRI scan because they have a on call neurologist at the hospital. Went to Harton for my head and eye vision problems weeks perviously, and they did a CT scan andaswnt it off the a nerologist in Murfreesboro, and said it looked ok. But they recommended me if I were to have headaches like this again to go to Winchester and said because of the on-call neurologist because Harton and does not have one and that I really should have gotten an MRI. Went to the emergency room experiencing a headache that was way worse than before, Winchester absolutely refused I mean refused to do a CT scan or a MRI scan, even though I told them that the head ache medication I have been perscribed is not working and it's only gotten worse, and that Harton recommed them to do one, all they had to do was call the ER at harton.. They said it was "my nerves" and was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes of being there. Went again tonight with and still having the worse head ache I've had so far along with a swollen neck, and said that "there was nothing they could do for me and I had CT scan at Harton and i should be fine." and flat out refused to just give me a MRI, I told them perviouly that i had a very strong dose of Toradol, to try and fight off my head ache at the doctors office, 6 hours perviously and that doctor STRONGLY recommended that i DO NOT take anymore anti-anflamtory drugs for 24 hours or there is a high chance I would have kidney damage, told them this, and their response, you'll be fine, here take 2 extra strength Tylenol and had me on my way, not even in the ER for a full 20 minutes. Now I sit here typing this, still with vision problems, extremely pain full head pain, as well as a painful and swollen neck, and now Kidney pain..... Thanks Winchester. If I had 0 stars I would of given you that much.. don't go here unless you're willing to die. Because the Dr. And staff are useless.
