Great staff! Helped us find exactly what we needed, and very friendly! Our cat is very picky, and will only eat certain types of food. Other stores either don’t have it, or have the price way too high. We thought that Pet Supplies Plus might have it, but we were disappointed to find out that they didn’t. When we mentioned this, however, they offered to special order it for us (with no hidden fee, either)! And there’s no smell at all, unlike other stores of it’s type. We have shopped here for years (without any problems), and will continue to do so!
