Jumping World Memphis

It has improved alot since the last time I had my daughter's party there. We weren't rushed like in the past. It smelt more like bleach than feet, which is good because it's probably cleaner. If bleach bothers you like a few people sorry, but its better than sweaty feet smell. It is pricey, but the kids could have jumped longer if we wanted since they had wristbands.

Fun times to be had here. Justified as followed: Customer service a 5, we've been here twice and both times the teens working the counter were friendly. Cleanliness a 2.5, the trampolines could use some deep scrubbing. If you're wearing white socks, they'll be brown before you leave, but at least the restrooms were decent. Value and overall cost a 5, compared to some of the other places. Ease of accessing the different offerings a 4, some had lines, which is to be expected when it's busy. Overall, a good place to take the children.
