I didnt want a star added at all but it makes you choose 1 or you cant post..First off this place was terrible I knew we would be there short term so ordered some stuff to the address and they kept my packages not once but twice!! I watched them take the second package inside and when they got confronted they hid in their room and told me call "Manager" out of town, yet he told me he was the owner later on. So, I was in a room for a week with NO air condition, lights didnt work I supplied my own lamp, Wi-Fi did not work most of the time, they would turn it off at 9pm, the toilet leaked from needing a new wax ring (that he had and refused to allow us to fix it and because we want 20$ he would not fix it because that was too much he can do it for free in 10 maybe 15 min we waited the entire time for that to happen, (never did) the sink leaked and ran all over the counter, the smoke detector did not work, the room was starting to smell from the water leaking of the toilet.It was leaking 5 towels soaking wet before I left for work and when I came back (8hr shift) We asked to move rooms or fix the problems and they refused! To top it off the laundry area was closed because they needed 2 new 10$ parts so instead of fixing which my husband offered he said no it's closed! Now here is where they got us after paying whatever they want to charge you (as to they make one up based on appearance) we asked to pay 150 and the other half on Sunday day and 1/2 away and after being there 3 months with all the problems and then some they agreed. Then when I go in to pay I was told it would be 75.99 a night because they said Sat before 11am WTH?!?!? So if that's the case fine move me to a room with Air and that I don't have to use all my towels to soak up that NASTY BIOHAZARDOUS toilet water but I was calm and kind yet upon doing so while conducting business. Then he tells me no he will not give me a different room so I show him the advertisement for 51.99 and he snapped at me and told me no 75.99 only get out! No just leave gave me my $ and I told him I couldn't leave at the time hense i had no ride, he said im calling police and YOU GET OUT and yet still refused my $ when I asked to stay... Police come and were greatly on my side asking why with would you allow a time to be a reason to not take someone's money when you are already deserted you would think a business needs the money and would accept any money to make sure the bills were paid and the things needing fixed to be fixed yet a time is the issue as to why you won't accept these folks payment! Either way long story here and in the long run we left for the better cause that place is a gonna fall it's just a matter of time I am also reporting to the BBB as well as the health dept cause I know this place will FAIL TERRIBLY!! Best wishes if you rent from these folks in the future after this......

This place is very run down. Came out of the room for work this morning and there were cops everywhere. Come to find out there was a working meth lab 2 doors down from us. One room down the other direction, a parole/probation officer car pulled up to check on a parolee who is apparently living here. Not feeling safe, we requested our money back only for the last night stay. They refused saying it is policy. We figured under the circumstances they would understand. But no, he even threatened to call the cops if we didn't get out of the office asking for the refund. Absolutely not a good place at all. DO NOT bring family here.
