Rented a intermediate Toyota Corolla for a 5 day trip destination 12 hrs away. Went to pick up my car when I arrived I saw the blue Toyota Corolla. As I was signing paperwork I was told all they have is a compact Mitsubishi Mirage, I was leaving for a funeral and no time to haggle so I had no choice as it was "All they had". I didnt realize at first but when my leg started going numb I started to look for the cruise control. As info a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage standard had no cruise control, really and why does Enterprise carry cars with no cruise. Anyways, I needed the room and didnt get it, I saw the car but it wasnt available. How do you book a car without having that type of car available. Anyways I will not be going back. As note they did have one really good helpful employee.
