Dr. Kalpesh D. Parikh, MD

I had the flu, went into this office I've been in numerous times, just to sit there for 40 mins while they play phone tag with my insurance, wanted to charge me for everything I'd have done and also added 15$ to an already outstanding balance with no reason for the charge. The kicker is this, after we left because of their horrible customer service and being lied to, I call my insurance and I get the same woman who's been talking to them the whole time and she tells me that she told them my insurance cover everything within the first 10 mins of talking to them. Needless to say, this IS NOT A PLACE TO BE TREATED FOR ILLNESS, they have one doctor who cnt speak English, and his wife at the front desk, doesn't belong up there. I urge you to find another place, I am not bitter or upset, I judt know they tried to take 100$ from me for no reason. I scheduled another appointment that day with another doctor and guess what?!?! I only had to pay a 30$ Co pay for everything I had done...janky doctors office, that smells so im sure they probably don't clean their equipment.

My husband really likes this doctor. He is very knowledgeable. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Never a long wait.
