This is the worst place to live, in this part of town. They have raised prices $20 without any notice and have added ridiculous taxes. Who wants to pay $500 to be on land they have to mow and can't even build a fence?
They shut the water off, with no regard to their tenants. They don't follow through with local complaints.
Avoid this place like the plaugue. Just. Awful.
And don't even try to call the front desk. The woman up there doesn't care about your problems and the owners will never return your call.
