Yoga Mat not only changed my life, but also the lives of my family. Because of the inner calm that everyone at Yoga Mat has allowed me to tap into, I feel that I am a more loving wife, a much more patient mother, and an all around better person. Although I've only been attending for a short while, many of those close to me have already mentioned how much of a difference they see. I am less frazzled, less stressed, and better able to enjoy living in the moment. I feel blessed beyond words to attend this studio - Yoga Mat truly is a life-changer!!
