Not a 5-star hotel at not a 5-star hotel price! We had a few issues, but nothing life altering. Our stay was "fine" - we got what we paid for. I believe our issues stemmed from poorly trained or untrained management and staff - Just a lot of confusion. An inexpensive, no-frills extended stay hotel is what we were looking for and that is what we got. I stayed at this location a few years ago when it was a Value Place and it was better. I plan on returning in another 2-3 years and will look into this hotel again. Hopefully they some of the kinks worked out by then.
