Wendy's

This is the only wendys in spring hill; and because of that they know that people will come, so their service is always poor. I have never come here day or night where I have not waited at least 20 min for my food. Now, that would not be a problem if the food was good. Most of the time the fries are cold and my sandwich order is messed up in some way. At least 50% of the time something I paid for is missing and I have to go back in or come back to get it. One thing I will say, is that the workers are usually very nice, even if they a lot of times seem like they don't know what they are doing. I would blame the management; but that is probably unfair, because it most likley has to do with the fact they don't pay well and are never staffed with enough people to handle the traffic they get. All in all, if you want Wendys and you live in spring hill, you are going to have to deal with poor service and only adequate food; since, I've lived here for 2 years and the service and food has not improved in those 2 years.
