This was the second restaurant that we visited. The first didn't even come to the drive thru microphone, but we could hear them talking and making fun of the customers through the speaker. After 10 minutes of waiting we left. The second restaurant we couldn't even get our order relayed to the employee because they said the microphone was bad and to pull forward. Had to wait for them to make one order, they were out of Coke and this was at the beginning of lunch hour. Wendy's has some work to do before we'll ever come back. These two restaurants have zero customer relations. They should take an example like the one on the other side of town and teach these two how its done. Its obvious then management is horrible.
Horrible ass service. The fat ugly monster on fries had a lot of smart things to say because we didn't have time to wait.....
