These people are clowns. Went in one of their warehouses - only about one in 10 light bulbs was burning. I asked their warehouse manager about it. She said she'd have to ask someone else, but that they had never replaced a light bulb in 4 or 5 years. They were using the warehouse as both a distribution center, and an auto-repair shop. Signs on the walls warned of carbon monoxide. I asked the lady about that sign, and she laughed - maybe the CO2 was getting to her. I'm not sure.
I asked to use the restroom and was told to go through an office area.
I then walked through what appeared to be a white trash horror story - garbage and leftover food trash littered the floor, desks, and counters. Fruit flies swarmed everywhere. A dead rat was on the carpet in the hallway - it looked like it had been there for at least 2-3 weeks from the decomposition. Unfortunately, I really had to go to the bathroom, so I kept walking. However, once I found the bathrooms, I decided just to hold it and risk an accident - the bathrooms looked like someone had stopped up the toilet several weeks back, but people kept on piling up their feces and other bodily waste into this toilet. The combination of the sight, smell, and the flies in the toilet almost made me throw up.
As I was leaving, I heard a guy in a forklift hit a column in the warehouse. The lady told me he does that all the time. I got the heck out of there - not sure if I was safe from a building collapse. It's hard to believe, but as I was going to the Mapco, one of their drivers almost hit me running a 4-way stop in the industrial park.
