Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales

Just be aware that these stores are 'authorized retailers' (AKA middle-men), not a true Verizon Corporate store. Their phone pricing is higher than if you go to Verizon or Apple directly, they have an additional $40 'phone setup fee', and their sales process is designed to hide all of this from you until you are deep into the transaction. Just be aware that if you go into one of these stores (there are many in Knoxville) you will be paying more than pretty much anywhere else. If you don't want to be taken advantage of, go to the real Verizon store in Turkey Creek or on Callahan Drive.
