I have always had unprofessional and rude service. I tried to make a payment to cover my past due amount and the next payment and was not allowed because I was $2 and some odd change short. The rep yelled to the back that I was short on my payment to, I assume, a supervisor who came to the front and slammed the money down on the desk like she was going to pay it for me. I had no idea this is what was happening because the rep at the window said nothing to me after she started yelling back and forth about my account. I could have gotten the change if needed had I known. There was a line of 3 customers behind me while this was going on also. I asked the rep if it was standard for them to yell back and forth about accounts and she shrugged at me. I ended up making the payment I needed to make after dealing with these rude people and, as luck would have it, the engine on the car cracked and my insurance totaled the vehicle. I have never been so relieved to lose a vehicle in my life and these people will never have my business again.
