I was added to my husband's account to make it a joint account a few months after we got married. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life! When the branch near us was still open the employees were always rude. When we went in to have me added, the lady showed us to a room and told us to do it on the app and walked away. A week ago I tried logging into the app to check my balance because I needed groceries and I was locked out. I called like I was told to and the rep was nothing but disrespectful to me and told me its because I was dumb and gave out my bank info. She kept asking me how much the check was for that was deposited and of course when I didn't known she just got rude about it. The woman also told me if I reset my logon info that the account would be able to be viewed and we would have access to my husbands next check. When I called again they told me the account was frozen and I was unable to have access to any funds until this was resolved. she made it damn near impossible to get into my app so I can't even see if the money was cancelled or returned bc their customer service has their heads up their a**. Nobody gives you the same information. I have to go through 4 security checks and it still wont load on my app! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
