They hardly ever pickup the phone here and when they do, they tell lies. I had a delivery scheduled for 8am-12pm. It is now 3:20pm and the load has still not delivered. I was told by 2 separate people in dispatch that they would call the consignee to see if they could receive this freight after the time of the delivery appointment but when this still hadn't delivered at 3:00pm, I reached out to the consignee myself. I was told that they could receive beyond the delivery appointment time, but that nobody at UPS had reached out to them. I am now currently holding on the phone with Customer Service because nobody picked up the phone here at this terminal again.
