Tri State Opiate

Don't waste your time!!!! They have a paralegal named Angel that's going to call you a couple of hours after being in an accident to try to get you to come to there for physical therapy. Don't waste your time! I got out of my on a Saturday morning, struggling, only for her to not be there....and not answering the phone nor responding to text messages. The doctor had no idea I was coming and apparently Angel does what the hell she wants to, which is why the office is run so unprofessionally. Never again!!!
