Drove 15 miles to pick up a couple replacement lights for my trailer. They only had 1 on shelf but computer showed 7 in stock. They "can't find" the other 6 so send me on my way with only half of what I need. I get home, and the 1 I did buy did not work! Closer inspection showed it was used. Very disappointed all around.

Even on Christmas Eve Brian the store manager was patient with me on pulling up a receipt on an item I purchased two months ago. I really like Tractor supply’s and this store is ran exceptionally well. If you special order an item and need to return it, just take it back to the specific store you bought it at. Brian & Malcolm in triune & Murfreesboro have great stores. They do a good job and that’s why I’ll give them my business time and time again. They are great to their customers ... even ones like me that give them headaches!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE expertize when it comes to something as simple as a water bucket! Just went in to buy a small heater for my horse's water, because it is so cold. Guy tells me what to buy & as I'm checking out at the register I read the heater says not to use it with the plastic bucket he just told me it would work with. So I go back & exchange the plastic bucket for a metal bucket the guy recommended. THEN as I'm leaving the store I notice that the metal bucket only holds dry goods, not water! I went back into the store, walked to the bucket section & found a heated bucket for horses. It was all one piece & perfect. The guy came back over & said he didn't even know they had any of them! My final request was to get some kind of tether to hang my horse bucket. I tried in great detail to describe a hook on the end of a rope; a dog leash at this point, and the same guy had NO idea what I was referring to. He showed me some hooks, and when I grabbed one off the display, the whole display came down! End of TSC for me for now! Bonnie's Barnyard is right down the road! KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS AND BE HELPFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
