Today's Dentristy with Dr's Rob and Pamela Cain and wonderful staff, have literally changed my life. They relieved years of embarrassment and shame and gave me a beautiful new smile and I no longer have to shy away from interacting with people. I was very impressed with their state of the art office and all the latest technical advances and various treatment options they have to offer. Dr. Pam went over and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. I have never met a dentist so committed to giving her patients the best possible outcome for their particular situation. She has the biggest heart of any dentist I have ever met and I can honestly say that through the process of restoring my smile she has become more than my dentist, she has become my friend. The entire staff are kind and caring and will make you feel like you are a part of the family. Hands down the best dental office in Knoxville.
