Tire Discounters

I had a flat tire and was told my tire could not be repaired, and then quoted $250 for a replacement tire. All good, except that exact same tire can be found at other stores (walmart, discount tire, etc.) for $90 less. I initially didn't believe the tire could not be repaired and thought I was being duped into buying an overpriced brand-new tire. I didn't buy it from them, and went to get a second opinion on whether my tire could be repaired. It turned out that the other shop agreed, so I wasn't being duped. I owe Tire Discounters an apology: I apologize. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 as a result... I still deducted 2 stars for the experience: the overpriced quote, and the fact that they didn't want to fix a punctured tire on my other car I brought, even though they initially said they would. (I believe this to be the result of me saying "no" to purchasing that replacement tire from them)

Fantastic service always felt taken care off in bad situations where the road threw me curveballs. They listen to what was important to me about my service and ensured they address any concerns. Always nice when you can say what you want and they do just that plus go the extra mile. Had to be here 3 times in 3 weeks all because of bad luck on the roads I went back each time to me that’s says it all.
