Texas Roadhouse

I don't regularly visit chains, but this restaurant in its category is a five star. The staff was friendly and efficient. Throwing peanut shells on the floor is therapeutic. The steak was cooked perfectly to order and was tender with lots of flavor. The broccoli was not overcooked. The shrimp was flavorful but not served hot off the grill. Overall, the salt content was higher than I prefer, but I was very pleased with this restaurant's performance.
