Had appt. to have hair colored. Very dissapointed in the quality and professionalism. My hair was to be darkish blonde; it came out very blonde with dark spots. The hair line wasn't even touched. This is the second time this has happened. I won't be going back. The students were all standing around talking and laughing. My daughter had her eyebrows done, and it looks lie they weren't even touched. I've been going here off and on for years and I hate to say it, but it has gone downhill bad. Hope they get turned around. Update: Received a very nice call from TCI. The were apoligetic and wanted the opportunity to correct the problem. I have an appoint. for next Thurs. Appreciated the follow up. The next morning after looking in the mirror, I noticed that the color I wanted had come out more and was what I wanted. I don't thin I will need it corrected after all.
