I went here for my deviated septum surgery, and the madness is highway robbery. A couple weeks before my surgery I was told what the total amount was supposed to cost, and paid that balance the day of surgery. Since then i have recieved three additional bills adding up to well over 500$ for things I was not told I owed until it was on its way to collections. I'd recommend you Do your research and be careful, because no one at the office or the surgery center seem to be able to tell me why this has happened, and now I'm out a half grand because umc/Dr tate's office can't get it together

My experience was horrible i took my 1 yr old to have his ears checked and dr.tate done my ears 20 yrs ago so i thought it would be great meeting him for the first time but no he walked in said whats going on we told him. He walks up pushes my babys head to the side... Not gentle at all it didnt go well so then he asked us to lay him down and said he wont like this but he will get over it... This is no place to take your child. This man is tired and needs to retire.. He once was a great ent but not anymore he never smiled nor introduced hisself nor a hey how ya doing. My experience was very unpleasant. I recommend you send your child to vanderbuilt childrens ent. Dr tate please retire for the sake of all of us includi g our children...
