Supercuts

Jessi Y. Cut my hair. I brought in a picture of what I wanted. She did not cut it like the picture. She decided on her own my she didn't think it wasn't right for me. She yanked very hard on the knots, it literally hurt as she cut the wrong layers around my face and she jammed the comb into my scalp. Also, instead of taking two inches off the bottom it was closer to six. This is the first time I have not left a tip before.
