This place is a joke, the old man at the copy/ups desk sent me to the copy machine to copy everything myself. He also told me I could print labels for my returns that ups is picking up.....WRONG! It printed the email but not labels. Then I stood at counter while he and a girl were back by the computer doing something. She stepped behind computer so that she wouldn't have to help. I will drive to Harriman next time.
