Cabin: Majestic View - The cleaning fees are half of the booking cost and when we got to the cabin there was rodent feces everywhere (carpets, beds, cabinets, and bathrooms). There were blood stains on the mattresses, dirty/rusty faucets, and no room in the game rooms. We called to complain and they said we would hear back within 24 hours, but it was only a 2 night stay. We took pictures to document everything (I have 30+ images/videos of unsanitary conditions), and then we had to clean the entire place, in order to feel the least bit comfortable. This was hardly the relaxation we were seeking. With thousands of cabins in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area I see no reason that you shouldn't find an alternative booking option.
