I booked a room to stay here for my anniversary and the pictures looked good. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but i was expecting a clean room. Well, when we got there, the shower head was rotted out, there was mold everywhere, and the door had been unlocked for God knows how long. It is single handily the WORST motel/hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You’d be an idiot to book with them. My boyfriend and I got up at midnight and drove 3 hours home just so we didn’t have to stay there one more night. Find other lodging. Smoky Shadows sucks.
