Nicer store than the Knoxville locations. I bought my bed a year before this store was opened. The staff was helpful when I came in with a question about repair parts (really attachments for a headboard to the frame). Turns out they do not carry any, and parts must be phone ordered.
Tried the Sleep Number i10 in the JC store and loved it. I have tried every high end mattress/base combo and still kept gravitating to the sleep number beds. (Even tried to convince myself I was a sucker for great advertising). With my husband in a wheelchair and my need for legs elevated following vascular surgery and a lot of bed rest, it was hard to fulfill medical needs and comfort. We choose the X12 and it has been a thousand times better than we could have hoped for. It is amazing, thank you Sleep Number!
