My husband sent me flowers to the tune of $117. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo he ordered them from - actually looked liked someone had taken 18 roses, a little baby's breath and dropped them into a vase without any sort of arranging done. No ribbon, bow or anything special. The delivery man was extremely rude to me in front of the office staff and a waiting room full of patients. An embarrassing situation that was supposed to be a special occasion/gift.
