Signature Flight Support MEM - Memphis Int'l Airport

The Memphis office is great. RJ, the shuttle drivers, pilots, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional. The Nashville office is the complete opposite. Very unfriendly, the woman at the front desk acts like she is slow/simple, and the vibe is uncomfortable. They act like you're disturbing them if you dare ask a question. If the Nashville office was as pleasant as the Memphis office, I would continue to fly with Signature. Think I'll go back to Southwest and Delta since I've never had a problem with their hubs.
