Shelby County Health Department

Awful! Went in to just ask a question about my son. Intead of having it answered i was told to fill out a form in a very rude mannor, only to find the form was to be seen. It was jammed pack in there so didnt want to wait 3 or more hours just to have a questioned answered. I dont know who does the hiring for some of thesr facilities but the next time you hire some people can you make sure they actually want to do a good job instead of just wanting a check. I dont expect anything to change because they say the crew is just a representation of the manager. If the employees are this rude and unorganized, i can only imagine the person who is the manager and how they must treat people.
