Season Nails

Had a VERY unpleasant time there. Constantly asked for GEL nails. Lady cut my nails and i assumed it was just because they were uneven, then she proceeded to buff them. Started to feel iffy.. she then proceeded to get PLASTIC NAILS out and started to see which ones went on which finger. I then said GEL NAILS??! and she said yes. Okay well she started to glue them on and i started to get very impatient as to if she know what she was doing. She put my nail under the light and topped off the nails with a GEL top coat. I don't remember if i paid $40 or $45 but i ended up sorta liking the nails so i was nice enough to tip her $3. I showed my mom and she was very unhappy. So i went back the next day and complained. Asked to speak the manager. Was then told they weren't there. So i got a fit and said i got ripped off. Told them to give me back the extra money i payed. They refused and said i payed that amount of money because of the GEL top coat. So i then argued that NO ONE had told me a GEL TOP COAT WAS $10 freaking dollars. Went the next again and asked if the manager was there and was told no. Their was a customer there and i told her what happened. She told me she's never had problems before. I was very unhappy. She then later explained that if i put my nails under the UV light it meant that they were GEL NAILS. I argued with the lady, explaining that MY NAIL ITSELF WASN'T GEL. IT WAS ACRYLIC. Then she said she's never heard of that before. And that your nails would probably go bad if they had an actual gel on it. I told her they top it off with a top coat to make sure your actual nail wasn't harm. She then asked why i needed my money back. That if i just needed the money to buy something else and made it sound like i just NEEDED MONEY. I started to get very angry. And angrily stated that I HAD MONEY and that it was about principals that i asked and payed for GEL NAILS and didn't get them. So i wanted my extra money back. She then said okay and backed off. And said she understood. At the end i gave up and left the place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. ARE VERY RUDE AND NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING. NEVER BEEN SO UNHAPPY ABOUT GETTING MY NAILS DONE.

Was in there tonight an they did a terrible job!!! Would not recommend them an will never go back!!!
