I got oil change at Sears Auto Center couple days ago. They broke my oil filter cap then made me pay for it, costed me extra $42. Why do I have to pay for what somebody messed up? They said because the cap was too tight so they broke it. Like if you can't open it and know it is going to be broken then don't open it. They called me but I was busy so I didn't pick it up. I called back but nobody picked up. Then I came there to pick my car up and had to pay for the new oil filter cap to rush back to work. Later I called them but the manager already left. The day after I called again. Stephanie, the manager said she would call me back about this problem but never called back. I talked to her at 10a.m and waited all day for her call but disappointed. She has not called back until today. I wish I could give them negative stars instead of 1 star. Also, they didn't give me the sticker on the windshield to let me know when my next oil change is and didnt even turn off the "maint reqd" light. So disappointed!
