I love Doctor Baker. However, the office has serious organization issues. The patient portal is always down and after recent issues with lab results and 7 phone calls I've yet to get a return call. This is normal any time I need to reschedule or have questions. With appointments being months apart I shouldn't have to wait two or more months for answers on blood work. This is a 60 mile round trip for me go to this office and there aren't a lot of options unfortunately. Under no circumstances should I have to call three or more times over two weeks to get an answer. Even when the patient portal was up responses were very rarely responded to in a timely manner.
