After having a very bad experience with our Texas Jeep dealership, I was not wanting to ever deal with a dealership for service again. But, I love my new (to me) ‘09 traverse, just moved to TN, & didn’t know of a reputable independent mechanic. We were concerned about the a/c, & it needed the oil changed & the throttle body cleaned out. Reeder Chevrolet was timely, thorough, considerate of my budget, communicated well from the first phone call through till I drove away, & most importantly, honest. They didn’t make up problems nor create them. My a/c was in great shape, the throttle body did need to be done, & the oil was taken care of. My car was clean when I got back in it, & has driven beautifully since. I am relieved & grateful to have a knowledgeable, honest, & fair dealership in which to entrust my family’s transportation! -Mrs Brown

Both Tyler and Josh made the car buying experience the best I've ever had. I was treated with respect, patience, and truly felt like they were working WITH me to find the right thing and make a good deal. The tone of conversations with Tyler was perfect: no high pressure tactics and no processes to jump through just to check off the box of following "the system". He worked with me on the phone, via text, and finally in person in exceptional fashion. It showed a lot of flexibility in comparison to other dealerships I've dealt with. I had decided no one would work out a deal with me on my trade, and then Tyler and Josh made it happen!

The whole experience was awesome from beginning to end. Kevin Watson was best seen to date with understanding the product he was selling. They have continued to answer questions and assist me with locating and installing accessories after my purchase. If you are in the market for a new car, these folks are the real deal. I’m glad I made the drive to their location. Great experience.
