Red Roof Inn & Suites Jackson, TN

Arrived 4/27 for one night. Original room did not have functioning a/c or heat. Moved to new room that had dirty towels hanging from the bathroom door hooks. One of the wall outlets didn't work. Laura at the front desk was helpful and courteous, BUT what could she do...put on her tool belt and do the wash too?? Was also quoted a 69.00$ rate and was charged 76.00$ plus taxes on checkout. Room was OK, BUT more than a few more problems than usually expected for a Red Roof.

We have stayed here several times. Rooms we clean. Staff is great. Pet friendly. We were very comfortable leaving pet there while we visited family. Will definitely stay again
