I bought two used, but seemingly excellent, tires from these guys. One of the tires went flat on my way home, they patched it the next morning, and then about two weeks later the tire started to literally disintegrate on me. They called it what it was: a defective tire, and hooked me up with a tire in better shape than the one I initially bought, for a very good price.
I've bought used tires from a few places around town over the years, and sometimes you get a bad one. These are the first guys to ever own up to it and make it right. I'll stick with the boys at Randy's to take care of my fleet from now on.
