I came to Ramsey to train for track and field. I was able to lose some weight and get back into shape, but he is not a track coach. This type of training is most beneficial for personal weight loss or muscle gain. Unfortunately, Ramsey mixes business with pleasure and I experienced the worst form of unprofessionalism and will not be returning.
The trainer Ramsey is excellent. You tell he what you want to do rather it's to lose some weight or to gain muscle and he will come up with tons of workout routines to help you with your goal. He is also a nutritional expert. He can tell you all the best and the most health foods to eat and all the best places you can get them. He will also help you with a weight lose program. He can design a chart for you ,to help you lose weight, that list all the good foods to eat and how much of each type of food you should be eating each day to help keep you on schedule. He also knows all the best foods and products to use in order to add a little protein and vitamins to your routine for the people looking to gain muscle.
