Kelly in particular is second to none in customer service. When I asked him his preference between creamy or crunchy peanut butter, he responded with creamy. While I personally disagree with his preference, his passion for customer service was made apparent in his honesty.
In addition, James is a fiercely dedicated employee. While looking for bread, he pointed us in the right direction, while simultaneously rushing to the register with a dozen eggs. He saw a bag of chips on the ground and took the initiative to put it back in its proper place. To finish all of this off, he hit a nice spin move (eggs still in hand) to slide back into the register to get back to the customer. Got to respect his hustle. Thank you Publix of Chattanooga.
