Pro-Care

Pro-Care impressed me today with their leadership focus on customer satisfaction. It is not often that the head of an organization reaches out and demonstrates that they truly care and want feedback. I am happy with the job they did cleaning my carpet and am happy with their leadership's caring attitude.

Before we hired anyone, I did my diligent study of carpet cleaning websites and then asked for a referral from a country club president for carpet cleaning. The resultant answers were the same: Pro-Care. In the website I was especially impressed with their multiple step process of cleaning and the specialist's explanations in the consultation/estimate phase. Although we were already expecting good work, we were 'blown away' with the brilliant cleaning job of the two young professionals. We had a particularly difficult situation, with a kid-soiled carpet in our in-home theatre and greyed, at one time-white, carpet in the bedrooms. Pro-Care's cleaners made the carpets look brand new---multiple shades lighter and completely stain-free. There was also a fresh scent---not cover-up deodorant, but a clean scent. And they left us free-of-charge environmentally friendly stain remover for any future stains. The professionals were well-spoken, extremely polite, diligent and very skillful in explaining the multiple cleaning steps, the products used, the reasons for their decisions, and the technicalities of carpet cleaning. All in all, we had a fabulous experience, and have now decided to entrust them with the rest of our carpets and several very old oriental rugs. This company is top-flight and very nice to deal with, from the estimate specialist to the cleaners to the administrative assistants to management. Don't even hesitate in your decision. This is the best company out there. And I have done my research. I always do.
