Posh Bridal Couture

Some bridesmaids and I came to Posh after a wonderful experience at Modern Trousseau - the dresses here are beautiful and the stylist picked a dress after looking at my Pinterest that ended up being “The One” and oddly enough it was the first one I put on. The dresses were beautiful and diverse and the staff was overall really friendly. I will say however, the stylist/rep made me feel SUPER pressured into picking that moment. I felt like I knew it was the one, but wanted an hour to talk to my fiancé (as it was way over my budget), and just digest what I was thinking. It’s not like I regret choosing my dress, or coming to Posh, I just still feel like I was rushed and think that’s something they could definitely work on.

Amanda initially was very sweet and helpful the day my daughter and I arrived for my daughter to try on wedding dresses. The shop was adorable. The first dress my daughter saw was the one I bought for her 30 min later. I purchased the dress to custom fit her and after 7 months of waiting for the dress to come in and some personal issues Amanda expressed to my daughter while having her sign the dress contract before the dress was even tried on her, did not fit at all. My daughter was off by one inch of her measurements only and the dress would not fit 4.5 inches to small. My seamstress of 20+ years told me to take it back and get a refund, that no way the dress would fit unless she took the zipper completely out and put a corset type in the back. The shop owner and Amanda would not give back a refund and said my daughter had signed the contract. I am now another $580 in the alterations of my daughters wedding dress. I would not recommend. Unfortunate that customer satisfaction is just not important especially for a loved ones very special day.
