Pizza Hut

I want to start by saying that I am normally not one to complain about bad experiences. I understand that things happen at times. It takes a lot for me to take the time to complain. The Pizza Hut Store at 2627 York Road, Pleasant View, TN 37146 is our closest store and covers our home address for delivery. We placed an online order # through the website on 11/17/17 @ 6:07pm because the iPhone app was not working correctly. I received an email stating the delivery time would be 6:35. We waited until 7:05 and called the store to see if it was out for delivery and was told the delivery driver left with our food at 6:29. We received our food at 7:12 (we live 2 miles away). I understand we could have ordered carryout, but we wanted the convenience of delivery based on our long, busy day. After all, the delivery area does not extend very far out anyways. Upon opening the box meal deal, everything was barely warm at best and the crust was very soft and not fully cooked. I strongly believe now, after multiple bad experiences that this is not just a bad day, but consistently bad service. We have had several issues at this location, even having to wait an extra 15-20 minutes at the store for carryout after being given the time it would be available. We were offered a free pizza after our last bad experience, so we decided to give them another try after receiving our free pizza last time. Clearly there are consistent issues that need to be addressed and resolved. I don't expect every time to be perfect, but I also don't expect every time to be a bad experience either.
