They were recommended to me by a person who does a lot of remodeling and construction, so I contacted them around the holidays to see if they could come out to give me a quote. Since it was the end of the year, they said it would be a while, which I understood- so a week to 10 days later, he showed up. I told him several times that I would like a quote on different projects and that I would like them listed separately so I can determine which items I want them to do, and which ones that I would be willing to do myself (depending on the price). He told me that he understood, and that it was not a problem. After several weeks of ME contacting THEM and asking for my quote, they told me that a guy would call me the next day with the numbers. He didn't. Then I called them AGAIN, and they agreed to email it to me.
When I finally got the quote (near 3 weeks from the day the guy came out) it was a large amount, and wasn't itemized so that I could make sense of it- which is the very thing I asked for several times. After this, I wrote an email to one of the "big dogs" and told him that I was disappointed that it took so long of me having to constantly ask them for the price...and when I finally get it- it is nothing like what I asked for. After another 3 days, having received no response- I emailed him again and told him that he should have at least acknowledged me, and that I will recommend that people not used him based on the above scenario.
I have still not heard anything from him, so...that is what you can expect from them. Good luck to you if you still wish to proceed.
