We took out computer way out to best buy and they said the mother board was bad and would have to buy a new computer. We called PC DOCTORS . they came out and checked out the computer , found that the power supply was bad. they replaced it and it only cost 60.00. best buy sucks. THANK YOU PC DOCTORS!!!!!!!!!
