I am deeply disappointed that the delivery time for two pizzas was almost three hours. Multiple mistakes were made and evidently no procedures are in place to solve the problems. If a competent Regional Manager with authority or upper management would like to discuss, I am happy to share. Twenty years of a satisfied customer destroyed in a single evening.
