Horrible experience these people do not like to help people in need the technicians is very lazy and they have horrible customer service! I had an appointment scheduled the technician claimed he called and the phone went to voicemail DO NOT GO HERE WORST LOCKSMITH IN KNOXVILLE!!!! Outlet key shop worst locksmith ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a car. It had a failing ignition key cylinder. It had a different keyed driver side door with no key. It had a failing passenger side door key cylinder. And, the passenger door handke was broken so the procedure to get in the car was to unlock the passenger door, then get in any other door. Before I could no longer get in my car, i took my key cylinder locks to Outlet Key Shop. Now ALL my locks work flawlessly and on a single key! These guys and gals are good!
