This is the closest oreck store to me and is one hour away. I brought in vaccum to be serviced and was told simple clog would be 20$ and ready by end of day. Well I couldn't stay in the city til end of day so came back 2 days later to pick up. Wasn't ready. Said come back the following week! I was frustrated and told them I drive an hour there and so in so they say ok give me thirty min and I'll have it fixed. I waited and went back. It was ready but my new bill was 51$! They took it upon themselves to replace unnecessary things without asking me! I will not be returning.
