O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Very busy for a Friday night. I ordered online and stopped in for pick up. My order was ready exactly at the time specified on my confirmation. When I paid for my order something went wrong with the machine. The cashier had to call two managers to help. They shut down the cash register and I had to wait about 15 minutes. I asked them to place my food under a heating lamp. They did. Food was still very yummy.
