If you want to live with drug dealers, hookers, and thieves this is your place. There is no after hours service or phone number (this includes the weekend). There is barely service during business hours. The manager's idea of security? In case the complex in rows of barbed wire hung at a height to take out a child's eye. These apartments are barely big enough for one person, so couples can forget about it. The few couples that do live here always have the police called for domestic disputes. Your electric bill will be through the rough because of the horrible window unit that barely cools/heats the apartment. As a rule you can expect it to be more comfortable outside your apartment if you try to save money on heating/cooling. The people who run the office will not stop what they are doing to talk to you when you come to pay your bill. You are just a number. And yes, you are bothering them to pay your bill. So, if you want a place where you and your friends can do whatever you want, not be bothered, and still be able to walk to campus(its only redeeming quality) this is it! Also, there is a large number of units rented to non-students. I am a graduating senior from MTSU and can not wait to get the hell out of this place!!
