Really disappointed in my experience with the new store in the mall at Cool Springs. I tried on a dress from the clearance rack and purchased it. I made it clear to the associate that was working that I liked the dress but would still be looking other stores and a return was possible. At the time of purchase this associate told me that we could make any returns within 14 days with receipt. When I went back to return the dress the next week a different associate said that they: 1. Only do returns in the form of store credit 2. Do not do returns on any items that were on the clearance rack. Had I known this I would have never purchased the dress in the first place. The girl working when we initially bought the dress was completely wrong about the return policy, whether she was lying or really just did not know the return policy of where she works- both are unacceptable. I am very frustrated and the last time I shop here will be to use the gift card they reluctantly issued with the return.
